You have 45 days from the date of receiving the product to request a return or exchange.
Return & Exchange Conditions
You may request a return or exchange under the following conditions:
Return Process
1) Please contact us via email or phone to request a return and provide the following information: order number, payment proof, reason for return, and related videos or photos;
2) Our customer service team will process your request as soon as possible. If your return request is approved, we will notify you via your contact details and provide a return address;
3) Please return the product to the provided return address, and wait for us to receive the product;
4) Once we receive the product, we will inspect the item to confirm the reported issue. If the return meets the conditions, we will proceed with the refund. For more refund information, please refer to our Refund Policy.
Exchange Process
1) Please contact us via email or phone to request an exchange and provide the following information: order number, payment proof, reason for exchange, and related videos or photos;
2) Our customer service team will process your request as soon as possible. If your exchange request is approved, we will notify you via your contact details and provide a return address;
3) Please return the product to the provided return address, and wait for us to receive the product;
4) Once we receive the product, we will inspect it. If it meets the conditions for exchange, we will ship a replacement product within 1 to 3 business days to your address.
Refund Information
After your return request is confirmed, we will process the refund within 1 to 5 business days. The refund will be issued to your original payment method (e.g., credit card, Visa, MasterCard, etc.). If there are any issues with the refund process, please contact us.
Shipping Costs
1) If the return is due to product appearance issues, quality problems, odor, color difference, or the product not matching the order, the shipping cost will be covered by us;
2) If the return is due to a no-reason return request, you will be responsible for the shipping cost.

We are not responsible for delays or failure to complete returns or exchanges due to force majeure events (e.g., natural disasters, war, etc.). In such cases, we will make every effort to provide support.
