Shipping Policy

1. Delivery Area
We currently offer delivery services within the United States only. Deliveries to other countries are not supported at this time.

2. Shipping Fees
Orders with a total value of €89.99 (including €89.99) or more will be eligible for free shipping. For orders below €89.99, a flat shipping fee of €6.99 will apply.

3. Taxes
All product prices include applicable taxes, so no additional tax charges will be added at checkout.

4. Cut-off Time
Orders placed before 6:00 PM will be processed the same day. Orders placed after 6:00 PM will be processed the next day. If an order is placed on a non-business day, it will be processed on the next business day.

5. Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1 to 3 business days.

6. Shipping Time
The estimated shipping time after dispatch is 6 to 10 business days.

7. Shipping Carriers
We use the following carriers for delivery: DHL, FedEx, and UPS.

8. Order Tracking
After your order has been dispatched, we will send you a tracking number via email so you can monitor your order’s progress.

9. Liability Disclaimer
If your order is delayed or damaged during transit, we will do our best to resolve the issue. However, we are not responsible for any delays or damages caused by force majeure events such as natural disasters or acts of war.

10. Delivery Instructions
Please inspect your package upon receipt. If the packaging appears damaged or abnormal, take a photo and contact either the carrier or us immediately. Once the package is signed for, we will no longer be responsible for any damage that occurs.
